IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PROTECTED?

For Sure! All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES ON MY BLOG OR SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products! We also love to collaborate with blogs and offer customer giveaways, so feel free to email us at hello@cascatagifts.com or call/text 614-638-1006.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT BOX?

Whether it's a cancer care package, bachelorette party, wedding welcome boxes, or client gifts, we love working one-on-one with customers to find the perfect products for any occasion. We will work with you to create the perfect, thoughtful bespoke gift.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE GIFT BOXES?

ABSOLUTELY! Please take a look at our Gifting Services page and feel free to email us with any questions. Please note that gift boxes shipping to separate addresses will need to be placed as separate orders. Each box includes a beautiful name tag with handwritten calligraphy, so you'll be able to tell them apart.

CAN YOU ADD MY LOGO TO YOUR GIFT BOX OR PRODUCTS?

Yes. Whether you'd like to incorporate your logo or branding, design a gift box around a specific theme, or source specific products, we'll handle it all for you from start to finish. We love working with wedding photographers, and are happy to keep your own pamphlets or collateral on hand to include in your client welcome gifts. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. In the rare event that an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right!

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes! We also offer in-studio pick up, as well as local hand delivery service to Columbus, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Grandview, and Worthington. Upon placing your order, we will contact you to schedule your pickup or delivery.

I WANT TO ADD AN ITEM TO A PRE MADE BOX?

No problem, email us the desired box and your added item and we will get that taken care of for you!

CAN YOU INCLUDE ALCOHOL IN THE BOXES?

While we cannot sell alcohol, we are able to include your provided alcohol in your gift box. Please contact us for more information. 

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM BOXES?

Custom boxes are our favorite! We love designing unique gift boxes and specialize in providing customized corporate, client/closing, workshop, welcome and wedding party gifts (order minimum may apply). Contact us here for more info! 

I AM SENDING A GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT, WILL THEY RECEIVE AN INVOICE?

Nope! The recipient will not receive any information on the cost of the gift, no packing slip or invoice of any kind is ever included in the shipping box.
