The Bitchy Witch-skey Cocktail Recipe
The Bitchy Witch-skey 🖤 A scary blend of sweet, sour, and fire.
What you will need:
Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and 1 cup of fresh lime juice.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle up to a half of a jalapeño. Add ice. Pour over added ice, 2 ounces of the bourbon of your choice and 2 ounces of homemade sweet and sour mix.
Give it a few good shakes and strain into a Martini glass.
Little Witch-skey Hat - I made mine with felt. I cut a circle and smaller triangle and hot glued them together. It looks better in the photo than it did in person. Hence the less than helpful guide on how to build a tiny witch hat. Nevertheless, the cocktail was still amazing.
Garnish with your Jalapeño Witch and a few slices of Jalapeño.
Enjoy your cauldron of evil. Beware, she is also a sneaky bitch, and will sneak up on you because it is just that good. Special thanks to Scott for using his college bartending skills to come up with this delicious cocktail (that even I can make).
